Food webs-Limnology-Invasion Biology-Community Ecology-Ecosystem Science
Updated as of September 2025
Welcome!

I am a limnologist and ecosystem scientist who uses food webs to better understand how disturbance and lake management drive ecosystem function. I have a strong background in invasive species biology, ecosystem ecology, food web ecology, modeling, and data science. My research interests touch on many aspects of aquatic ecosystems from microbial ecology, zooplankton and macroinvertebrate composition, food web ecology, and biogeochemistry with the consistent theme of understanding how community composition and food web structure change, adapt, and drive ecosystem dynamics.

I am a postdoctoral associate with Dr. Jake Walsh at the University of Minnesota exploring connections between zooplankton and water quality across the state of Minnesota. Check out my CV or email me for any inquiries ([email protected])!
